Plus, getting dressed after a shower is a hassle anyway. If you are just hanging out to relax, there is no reason to let anything restrict your system.

Then, if you believe that's fine, try it outdoors! This can be measure 2. Step away from the computer, go outside into the sun to feel the heat and the breeze against your skin, shut your eyes, breathe in deep, and just remain in the minute.
